Hello Colleen,

I currently list a maid service (Maid To Perfection) that requires about 20 hours a week – mostly in sales. Once schedules are automated and an office manager is available to put out brush fires, the owner(s) may semi-retire. Weekends are not required and commercial accounts usually take care of themselves.

I’ll admit that the cleaning business is hardly glamourous but it’s a steady producer.
